As members of the NSW community,  we are deeply troubled by the lack of progress and action taken by Mr. Gumbleton, which has hindered the Aboriginal community in Gunnedah's ability to conduct events and stifled general progress.

This petition calls for immediate action at the Red Chief Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) due to the lack of progress and outcomes since Tim Gumbleton appointment as Administrator on 14th December 2022.

As members of the NSW community,  we are deeply troubled by the lack of progress and action taken by Mr. Gumbleton, which has hindered the Aboriginal community in Gunnedah's ability to conduct events and stifled general progress.

Despite receiving $13,500 (plus GST) per month, Tim Gumbleton's leadership as Administrator of the Red Chief Local Aboriginal Land Council since the 14th of December 2022 has been subpar. His lack of progress and action have hindered community events and stifled progress.

The petition urges Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Treaty, The Hon. David Harris MP, to take action and address this issue so that the Aboriginal community in Gunnedah can move forward in a positive manner.
